National team runners Sat Nov 30th at the Canadian Cross-Country Championships. Worth watching.

  There’s a reason for this quote on dreaming. Hang on while I set it up… For those of you that follow track and field and cross-country running, we are fortunate to have the Cross-Country Championships this weekend, Saturday Nov. 30th at Jericho beach. Ever been to a cross-country race? It’s a hoot over the grass and muck. Fortunately us spectators stand on the sideline cheering while the runners compete in all-weather conditions.
