The University of British Columbia (UBC) Varsity Women’s Field Hockey Program hosted its 27th annual ‘Pop Cup’ in honour of Dianna Popowich.
Each year this amazing spirited event brings together Women’s Field Hockey alumni, their families, and children with the current University T-Birds. The usual alumni-current team game is played followed by a reception to honour the recipient of the Dianna Popowich Memorial Scholarship.
This legacy event speaks to the strength of the Women’s Field Hockey program at UBC and the strength of their alumni community.
