An invitation for Canadians to join in and declare “2015 – The Year of Women in Sport”

The Power in Sport is pleased to announce the next proclamation made by a government body to recognize 2015 as a significant year for women and sport in Canada.

Declaration “2015 – The Year of Women in Sport!” is to be made by The City of Fredericton.

 
 
The Mayor will read the proclamation followed by a photo opportunity with local supporters in attendance. The entire event should last approximately 15 minutes. This event is open to the press.
